Ingredients
5 pounds Pork meat, ground.
2 teaspoons Cumin, ground.
1/2 cup White vinagar
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Mexican oregano, whole
3/4 teaspoons Cloves, ground.
3 tablespoons Garlic, granulated.
1-1/4 cups Smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a plastic container, mix well, cover and allow to marinade for 8 hours in the refrigerator before it could be cooked.
