Ingredients
2.5 cups Whole wheat flour
3/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
2 Very ripe bananas
1 cup Cane Sugar
2 Large eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup Chopped walnuts
3/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a bread pan with olive oil.
Mash the bananas.
Mix the oil and sugar with a hand mixer.
Add the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, yogurt, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix with hand mixer.
Slowly add the flour and mix.
Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Transfer to bread pan.
