Ingredients
14 ounces 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced
1 handful handful of fresh cilantro minced
5 ounces 1/2 large red onion, diced
.25 ounces ½- jalapeño pepper, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced fine
2 teaspoons Nutiva Organic Hemp Seed Oil
2 pinches salt
3 pinches black pepper
Preparation
Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, pepper and lemon juice
Add Nutiva hemp oil, salt, pepper, and garlic
Mix well & serve with your favorite chips, tacos, burritos or grains
Store fresh homemade hemp oil salsa in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days for best flavor
