Ingredients
1 Onion
4 slice Bacon
1 pound Hamburger - 15% fat
1 pint Button Mushroom
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 ounce Sour Cream
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 Red Wine
Preparation
Dice Bacon
Fry up
Combine diced onions
Fry till light brown
Add Hamburg and Brown
Stirr in Soup
Add quartered mushrooms… sautée for 5 minutes
Add Salt, Pepper and (optional) red wine to taste
Add Sour Cream just before you serve
