Ingredients
3/4 pound Gruyere Cheese, grated
2 Eggs
1/2 cup White Wine
1 tablespoon Butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients in order. Pour into an ungreased 9 inch glass pie pan.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until mixture is set and lightly browned. Do not overcook.
Serve hot with squares of French bread.
