Ingredients
1 zucchini, medium
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup goat cheese
1 pepper, ground
1 tomato, cut into 8 half-moons
6 scallions, chopped
Preparation
Mix cheeses, scallions, pepper and refrigerate
