Ingredients
2 pounds 16/20 count shrimp
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt / Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Old Bay
Preparation
Defrost and peel the shrimp. Dry and set aside in a mixing bowl.
Add salt/pepper and/or Old Bay seasoning.
Set aside for 15 mins to marinate while grill warms up.
Turn gas grill on high for 10 mins, and clean with a wire brush.
Place shrimp on grill in a single layer. Close lid and cook on high for 2 mins.
Flip shrimp, close lid, and cook for 2 mins more.
Shrimp should be firm to the touch. Remove shrimp from the grill and serve immediately.
