1/2 cup Spinach

1 cup Banana

1/4 cup Frozen mango

1/3 cup Frozen pineapple

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1 tablespoon hempseed

1/4 teaspoon Ground turmeric

1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/2-1 cup Almond Milk
