Ingredients
2 pieces anchovy fillets
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup full fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup parsley
1/3 cup basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons minced chives
1 pinch salt & pepper
2 cups snap or snow peas blanched
1 logs cuts
2 stalks scallions
1 piece avocado
Preparation
blanch and dry peas. food process all ingredients up to the salt and pepper. Combine the remainder of the ingredients with 2 heads of Bibb lettuce or whatever, pour on the dressing and mix with your hands.
