Ingredients

1 stalk Lemongrass, outer leaves removed, sliced

5 cloves Garlic

3 Green Chilies, stems removed

1 Onion, small, rough chop

1 Ginger, inch, peeled and sliced

3/4 cup Cilantro, rough chop

1/4 cup Basil, rough chop

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 teaspoon Ground Coriander

1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper

3 tablespoons Fish Sauce

1/4 can Coconut Milk

Preparation

Place lemongrass into food processor or blender and blend until broken up. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Use whatever portion you need then freeze remaining paste in 6 tbsp packets in plastic wrap or plastic bags to use in the future.
