Ingredients
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne (or to taste)
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (I use Olive Oil)
1 Grapefruit, zest and pith cut away and flesh cut into sections. See my note below
1 tablespoon Grapefruit Juice (collect as you cut grapefruit)
1 head Bibb Lettuce
1 Avocado, peeled and sliced
Preparation
In small bowl wisk vinegar, honey, cayenne, oil and grapefruit juice. Arrange lettuce leave on each of 2 plates, followed by the avocado and grapefruit segments (I use Del Monte Sunfresh no sugar added grapefruit in jar to save time), drizzle salads with dressing. I like to add grilled shimp to the salad!
