Ingredients

4 1/2 quarts bread, cubed

1 tablespoon salt

4 1/2 tablespoons ground sage

3 tablespoons parsley

1/4 tablespoon pepper

1 cup butter

3/4 cup onion, minced

3/4 cup celery, chopped

Preparation

Mix together all of the ingredients. Loosely stuff the turkey cavities. Bake in turkey at 300 degrees, 20 minutes per pound.
