Ingredients

1 egg

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

1 pinch salt

3/4 cup milk, scalded

1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

In a blender, put egg, sugar, vanilla, chocolate chips, and salt. Pour scalded milk over this mixture. Blend for one minute until thoroughly blended. Pour into 6 demitasse cups. Chill overnight. Serve with dollop of whipped cream in which some brandy has been added.
