10 pounds Carrots

6 pounds Beef Short Ribs

4 pounds Beef Soup Bones

1 tablespoon Salt

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 tablespoon Flour

1/2 cup Honey

Preparation

Dredge the meat in flour, then brown the meat briefly on all sides in a pan with oil.

Peel and trim the carrots, cut into large pieces.

In a large pot, put half the carrots, the short ribs, and the soup bones.

Then add the brown sugar and salt, then the other half of the carrots.

Add 24oz of water, then top with flour.

Cook on medium-high heat for 3 hours.

Add honey to taste.

Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Add honey or salt to taste, then bake for 2.5 hours until thickened.
