Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1 bag Cole slaw cabbage mix
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Berio olive oil
1 teaspoon Coarse ground garlic salt with parsley
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 pound White fish, such as Tilapia, haddock, or fresh Lake Erie Walleye
Preparation
Dip fish in milk, then bread crumbs
Fry in berio oil, seasoning both sides with coarse ground garlic salt with parsley and onion powder
Combine remaining ingredients to make coleslaw (Cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, Teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, Coleslaw cabbage mix)
Note: this can be made lighter using only 1/2 cup mayo. Also, can sprinkle a little salt and garlic powder on the coleslaw as well
