Ingredients
2 cups Dried White Navy Beans
3/4 pound Bacon or Salt Pork minced and browned slightly
4 tablespoons Molasses (Brier Rabbit)
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
I soak my beans overnight and then in the morning par-boil them. Then I drain them and cover with cold water and prepare as above. Bake or use the pressure cooker. If you use the pressure cooker cook three minutes after the control begins to jiggle.
