190 grams graham cracker crumbs

20 grams milk powder

25 grams sugar

3 grams kosher salt

55 grams butter, melted

55 grams heavy cream

Preparation

  1. mix dry ingredients.

  2. whisk wet ingredients.

  3. combine dry to wet and pat into pan.

  4. will keep fresh for one week at room temp, in airtight container, or 1 month in fridge or freezer.
