Ingredients
1/2 cup Onion
1 large Chicken breast
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup (campbells)
2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
2 cup Cauliflower rice
2 cup Frozen corn
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
Preparation
saute onion in a little olive oil until translucent. add chicken that has been cut into bite size pieces. When about 3/4 cooked add rice and cauliflower rice. cover and steam for a few minutes. Stir and add corn and spices. Cover a few more minutes. Stir again check Add soup, heat until warm, check for flavor, add any additional spice/salt you may think you need and serve.
