Ingredients

2 pounds shrimp, shelled

3/4 cup bread crumbs, toasted

1/4 cup green onion, sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley

3/4 teaspoon tarragon, crushed

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup sherry

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine bread crumbs, green onion, parsley, garlic and spices

Add butter and sherry to mixture and mix thoroughly

Put shrimp in lightly greased 1 quart casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over shrimp (can do shrimp on layers)

Bake for 15-20 minutes
