Ingredients

1 cup butter

2 cups sugar

4 eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups bananas, mashed

1 cup nuts, chopped

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and baking soda in bowl

Mix together butter, sugar, eggs, bananas and nuts until smooth

Add flour mixture into the banana mixture

Grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan (or 2 smaller pans)

Pour batter into loaf pan(s) and bake for ~1 hour (20 minutes or so for mini loaf or muffins)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
