Ingredients

2 tablespoon Ghee

2 pieces Cardamom

2 pieces Cinnamon

2 pieces Cloves

1/2 pieces chopped ginger

3 pieces green chilies

12 pieces raisins

12 pieces cashew nuts

3 pieces Chopped Onions

1 teaspoon Salt

2 cups Basmati Rice

2 cups water

Preparation

Turn the flame on and keep a thick bottomed pan/pot Add 2-3 TBSP of Ghee Add 2 -3 Cardamom Add 2 sticks of cinnamon Add some cloves add chopped 1/2 inch ginger Add 3 Split green chilies Add 15 - 20 raisins Add Few Cashew nuts Fry them a little Now add some Onions Add some salt for taste now mix them and fry until it becomes brown

Now its time to add 1 Cup Of Washed Basmati Rice and mix it with the mixture to separate the rice Now add 2 cups of water and mix it a bit and cover it with the lid and cook it for 10 mins on medium flame. After 10 Mins Plate it For Garnishing Fry some dry Grape (Raisins) & Cashew Nuts!
