Ingredients
2 package pizza dough
1/2 cup butter at room temp
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
6 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
Roll out your pizza doughs in two rectangles about 9x12 in size. Spread a thin layer of butter on each and sprinkle generously with grated parmesan. On top of the parmesan sprinkle the garlic powder to taste, I typically use about 2 tablespoons full. Roll the dough on the long side like you would for cinnamon rolls or a roll cake. Slice into about 12 or 13 rolls. Place in greased lasagna pan about 5 per row. Bake at 350 for about 30 min, the dough should be hard like a roll but will not look very different on color. Now melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic. Once you take the rolls out of the oven, sprinkle the top with the shredded parmesan cheese and brush the garlic butter solution on top. Serve and enjoy! Makes approximately 25.
