Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese

1 clove minced garlic

1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

1 teaspoon freshly chopped dill

1 teaspoon freshly chopped basil

1/2 teaspoon freshly chopped oregano

1/2 teaspoon freshly copped dill

1/8 teaspoon freshly chopped thyme

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

12 mini sweet peppers, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed

Preparation

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, garlic, herbs, salt & pepper in a bowl until well combined.

  2. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hulled out peppers.

  3. Serve or store in covered in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
