Ingredients
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
2 Eggs
2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can Coconut milk
1 cup Whole Milk
1 tablespoon Rum flavoring
Preparation
Boil sugar and water until it becomes golden brown. Pour in oiled ramekins while still very hot. Set aside.
Whisk together eggs, milks, and rum flavoring. Pour over caramel in ramekins.
Set in water bath in roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow to cool naturally without opening door.
Chill and serve by turning over ramekins onto plates and allowing caramel to flow over flan.
