Ingredients
1 tablespoon Canola Oil
2 tablespoon Garlic Buter
3 Eggs
1 cup Diced Onion
1/4 cup Carrot - Diced
1/4 cup Green Onion
2 cups White Long Grain Rice
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Heat oil over medium high heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
Add Carrots and Green onion cook for additional minute
Add cooked and cooled Rice
Cook Rice until warm, fold in garlic butter and continue cooking. Adding Soy Sauce
Scramble Eggs in separate pan once cooked fold into rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining diced green onion
