Homemade popsicles or ice pops are a great way to use up fresh Summer fruit. In order to make these all Summer long with any type of fruit you want, you’re going to need a few things. A blender or food processor to puree the fruit, ice pop molds to get the popsicle shape, and some popsicle sticks. FYI: There is no longer a giveaway on this blog post. That is closed. Ice Pop Molds
To make popsicles you will need an ice pop mold. I really like this one from Prepworks by Progressive. To get the popsicles out of the mold, all you need to do is run them under warm water for a couple of seconds and they will pop right out of there. This is the easiest method I’ve found that works for storing homemade popsicles.
Popsicle Sticks
Fresh Fruit
Fresh strawberries aren’t the only fruit that will work for making homemade popsicles. I love making watermelon, pineapple, mango, grapesicles, you name it, the sky is the limit!
