4 Challah hand sliced
28 Eggs
3 cups Heavy Cream
3 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Frangelica
4 tablespoons Vanilla
2 teaspoons Almond Extract
2 cups Maple Syrup
4 tablespoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Place sliced challah in full size hotel pan. Whisk all ingredients together and pour over bread. Let sit for 30 minutes. sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours cover after 30 min.
