Ingredients
1/2 cup Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoon Salad Oil
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
10 ounce Beef Broth
Preparation
Cook onions & garlic in oil until tender stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 45 mins, stirring occasionally until slightly thicken. Then let it cool. Marinade meat in sauce a couple of hours or over night. Remove meat from marinade and grill. Heat up the left over marinade and pour over flank steak.
