Ingredients

1 pound fresh Ricotta cheese

3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons chocolate chips or candy

2 tablespoons coarsely broken pecans or walnuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

With mixer or spoon, beat ricotta for a few seconds, then add sifted sugar a little at a time. Continue beating until very light and fluffy about 5 mins. Add vanilla. Store in frig. until ready to be used. needs to be cold. Shortly before serving add chocolate chips, nuts or candies.
