Ingredients

1 can Chicken - drain and break up with fork

2 pieces Green onions - chopped

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese - shredded

1/8 cup Parmesan cheese - grated

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 piece Lemon zest

1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Preparation

Mix well

Place into plastic wrap and shape into a ball, and chill

Place on plate with parsley
