Ingredients

4 cups Basil leaves packed (or 4 oz)

3 Large (or 2 of Tom’s) cloves Garlic

1/3 cup Pine nuts

1/2 cup Parm + Romano

1/2 cup Olive oil

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice +/-

1 teaspoon Lemon zest
