Ingredients
1 bag bread cubes
1 stick butter
1 onion - large
4 stalk celery
5 tablespoon thyme - lots
1 jar mincemeat
4 ounce brandy
Preparation
mince onion
slice celery into thick slices.
saute onion adn celery in butter until translucent but still crisp and NOT BROWN.
Pour mixture over bread cubes.
Add lots of thyme, large jar of mincemeat, brandy and rum.
