Ingredients
10 slices white bread, crust removed and cubed
3 1/2 cups milk
1 pound mild sausage, cooked and drained
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Place cooked sausage in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Add cubed bread and grated cheese on top. In mixer blend milk, eggs, mustard, and salt. Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until set. If you overbake, it will be dry.
