Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
3 cups Mom’s Best Quick Oats
1/2 cup Honey
Preparation
Line a 8x8 pan with aluminum foil. Lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Melt (in the microwave for convenience or the stove top if preferred) the honey and peanut butter and mix until smooth.
Add Mom’s Best Quick Oats to melted ingredients. Combine until fully incorporated.
Add ingredients into lined baking pan and shake to flatten.
Place pan in the refrigerator until solid. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
(Pro Tip: Drizzle the top of the bars with crushed nuts, chocolate, or dried fruits to your liking for an additional kick of flavor.)
