Easy Grilled Chicken comes out so tender and juicy and all you need is 3 store bought ingredients. You will want to keep these ingredients on hand all Summer long for a simple grilled chicken recipe! Serve this chicken with some grilled potatoes and onions or grilled roma tomatoes. It was my Birthday on Thursday this week and my one friend got me a new grill and I love it. It is so much different then a smoker. Smokers are meant to be used for cooking food low and slow and this grill heats up to 500 degrees so fast compared to a smoker. The only thing I’ve never done before is change out the gas tank. I’m a fan of using store bought products and this easy grilled chicken recipe has ingredients you can  find at the grocery store. If you really want to go all out you can make your own homemade Italian Dressing or Teriyaki sauce. There are plenty of recipes on the internet out there for that but I’m a fan of easy and you will want to keep Italian Dressing and Teriyaki sauce in your fridge all Summer long. Those two ingredients would also be good for steak or pork chops.

How to Grill Chicken

Drizzle olive oil on chicken breast. Then season chicken generously with salt and pepper. Using long tongs, place chicken breasts on grill and cook, covered on high, 3 minutes. Flip breasts and continue cooking on high, 3 more minutes. Reduce grill heat to low and flip chicken again. To cook the chicken faster split the breasts in half. Larger chicken breasts will take longer to grill of course. If you are using this marinade you will not need to drizzle olive oil over your chicken. 5 from 3 reviews Disclaimer:  I am not affiliated with WW in any way.
