Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

16 tablespoons butter, unsalted

1 cup mango jam or peach mango jam

3/4 cup chopped mangoes

1/4 packed cup brown sugar

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, dry roasted salted

2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line 9" X 15" pan with parchment paper. In mixing bowl add flour, white sugar, salt. Add 16 Tablespoons of butter a tablespoon at a time. Mix on low until the texture of sand. MEASURE OUT 1 1/4 CUPS OF MIXTURE IN SEPARATE BOWL, set aside. Firmly press remaining flour mixture into prepared pan and bake in oven for 25-28 minutes or until golden brown. While crust is baking place remaining flour, oats,brown sugar and nuts in a bowl blend then cut in the 2 tablespoons of butter. Set aside. In another bowl mix jam and mangoes smashing mangoes slightly. Spread jam mixture over hot crust : sprinkle topping evenly over filling (do not press into filling). Return to oven and bake until golden brown 25 minutes.

cool to room temperature 1-2 hours cut and serve.
