Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup milk
2 bunch eggs
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
Preparation
blend all ingredients except butter in food processor
let batter rest 25 min
Heat skillet in oven to 425
swirl the butter in pan and pour on ingredients
Bake until puffed in center and lightly browned in center and darker on edges 15-20 min
for fruit filled, arrange fruit on bottom of pan and then pour batter onto - do not put fruit on top of batter
