Ingredients
3 sticks Unsalted Butter
1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
5 cups Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Add cocoa to stand mixer and sift or whisk to ensure there are no lumps.
Cube and then cream butter with cocoa until well combined.
Add sugar and milk in stages to butter and cocoa mix. Add 1 cup of icing sugar followed by a tablespoon of milk. Scrape bowl well and repeat until all icing sugar and milk has been combined.
Add vanilla and mix well.
