Ingredients

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Honey

3 tablespoons Lime Juice

1 clove Garlic - crushed

2 teaspoons Hoisin Sauce or Fish Sauce

2 teaspoons Ginger - minced finely or grated

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Adjust seasoning with additional lime juice, honey, other as needed

Serve with grilled tuna on the side.
