Ingredients
2 pounds Rhubarb, sliced
4 quarts Water, boiling
3/4 cup Sugar
Preparation
Pour boiling water over rhubarb, cover and let steep overnight. Diane uses her crockpot.
Strain liquid into large pot. (Compost leftover rhubarb.) Add sugar and stir over low heat just until sugar crystals are dissolved. Cool, then chill.
