Ingredients

1/2 kg Red Tomatoes

100 grams Carrot

1 piece Ginger

20 pieces Black Pepper

4 pieces Cloves

1 stick Cinnamon Stick

1 tablespoon Sugar

Preparation

Firstly take red tomatoes and carrot. Wash them properly and then cut carrot in round pieces.

Now take pressure cooker then add tomatoes and carrot pieces in the cooker. Then add one piece of ginger.

Then take fifteen to twenty black pepper, three to four cloves and stick of cinnamon. Add all of them in the cooker.

Now add water and don’t add much water. Close the cooker and keep it on gas.

Let the two whistles come. After two whistles, turn off the gas and let the pressure out itself.

When the pressure is out then open the cooker and take out all of them in a big bowl and let them cool.

When they are cool then add them in grinder jar and grind them nicely. Now take one pot and keep a strainer on it and then strain the paste the we have grinded. (If the quantity of tomatoes and carrot is more then grind them in two times)

Now keep the pot on gas and add salt as per taste, black salt and one spoon of sugar. (Add salt keeping in mind that you have to add black salt as well)

Mix them nicely and let the soup boil. When soup is boiled nicely then turn of the gas.

Delicious and healthy Tomato Soup is ready to serve hot.
