Ingredients

14 cups Zesty Italian Dressing

4 ounces Cream cheese softened

2 tablespoons Flour

1/2 cup Chicken Broth

3 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed and drained

1 PIe Crust

1 pound Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut in small pieces

Preparation

Heat Oven to 375

Cook chicken in dressing in ;large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes

Add cream cheese, cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted

Stir in flour until blended

Add broth and vegetables, stir and simmer 5 minutes.

Pour into 10" deep dish pie plate or 2 qt casserole.

Cover with pie crust, seal and flute edges

Cut slits in crust to let steam escape

Bake 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
