Ingredients
3 cups Bread Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans
3 Eggs well beaten
1 1/2 cups Canola Oil
1/2 bottle Tiny Bottle of Banana Liquor
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Bananas - cut in pieces
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and nuts) in a large bowl.
Add all moist ingredients (eggs, oil, banana liquor, vanilla, and banana). Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into two loaf pans or one bundt pan.
Cook for 1 hour, 15 minutes or until golden brown.
