Ingredients

1 stalk fennel bulb

1 piece small onion, preferably red

1.5 teaspoon curry powder

1.5 teaspoon oil

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 handful lettuce

2 teaspoons raisins

2 teaspoons almonds

2 tablespoons mayo

4 teaspoons yogurt

1 teaspoons lime juice

1/2 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Thinly slice fennel bulb and onion.

Mix curry powder, oil, a little salt, and toss with fennel and onion.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix mayo, yogurt, lime juice, honey & salt to taste.

Toss fennel, lettuce, dressing and serve.
