Ingredients
1 English cucumber, chopped large, reserve 1" piece
1 garlic clove, halved
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks green onion, cut to 3" lengths
4 dashes hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
Preparation
Place first 14 ingredients (up to and including coriander) in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
Prep garnishes, which may include: cilantro, green onion, lime zest, micro greens, shrimp, flower petals, finely diced cucumber.
Pour or ladle into chilled bowls or glasses, garnish and serve immediately.
