Ingredients

4 eggs

5 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped

1/2 cup Soy milk

3 tablespoon Gluten Free flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon chives or green onions

1 tablespoon basil, fresh or dried

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 zucchini, sliced and placed on top

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Add in all dry ingredients to thoroughly mix. Then add bacon and any other veggies you want to add.

Wipe pie dish with olive oil.

Pour mixture into pie dish.

Layer sliced zucchini on top.

Bake 45 minutes.
