Ingredients
3 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can Evaporated MIlk
6 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cup Aged Dark Rum
Preparation
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks into two separate bowls.
Add the sugar to the egg whites and mix using a hand blender until the mixture is frothy. About 5 minutes.
Mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk and egg yolks, water, and vanilla. Blend using a hand blender until thoroughly blended, about 5 minutes.
Add the rum to the egg yolk mixture and blend for 2 more minutes.
Mix in the egg whites and sugar into the egg yolk mixture and blend it all together for 5 more minutes.
Finally, pour the mixture into an old bottle of wine or liquor. And place in the refrigerator overnight.
