Ingredients

1 cup Crabmeat

1/2 cup Cream cheese

1/2 cup Parsley leaves chopped

1/2 cup Green onions

4 tablespoons Parm

Pinch Kosher salt

1 pinch Kosher salt and pepper

1 pinch Garlic

10 White mushroom caps

1/2 cup Panko

Preparation

Preheat to 375

Combine crab, cream cheese, parsley, garlic, gr onion and parm. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash mushrooms. Scrape out dark gills.

Stuff mushrooms with crab mixture and top with breadcrumbs. Spray with nonstick spray. Bake 20 mins until filling hot and melted
