Ingredients

6 ounces Crab meat (canned)

1/4 cup Mayonaise

1 stalk Celery (minced)

1/4 head Onion (minced)

1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Parsley

2 strips Maple Bacon (chopped)

2 tablespoons Lemon zest

1 cup Breadcrumbs (toasted)

1 Serranno pepper (thinly sliced)

1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper

Preparation

Drain the can of crab meat and pour meat into bowl.

Combine crab meat. mayonaise, celery, onion, mustard, parsley, and bacon

Scoop into individuak servings on small sauce plates or asian spoons.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with a sprinkle of bread crumbs and lemon zest. Top with one thin slice of serranno pepper.
