Ingredients

1 pound Bulk sausage

2 cup Frozen Corn

2 eggs

1/2 pound Tater Tots (Gluten Free)

1 teaspoon Salt if desired

Preparation

Cook tater tots according to package directions, then reduce temperature of the oven to 350 F.

Brown Sausage until crumbly

Beat eggs until just combined.

Combine corn with eggs and season with salt if desired.

Apply butter or oil to a 13x9 casserole dish

Put half of corn mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish

Add Sausage crumbles on top of corn.

Add the rest of the corn on top of the sausage

Add crumbled tater tots on top of corn layer

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
